In a case pitting a lawyer against her former law firm and its successor, Lang Legal obtained a jury verdict for breach of contract and attorney's fees. Office Depot v. ELPF Howell Mill
When a tenant claimed a landlord had breached an exclusivity provision of a lease and began to withhold full rent, Lang Legal was successful in obtaining summary judgment for the landlord, resulting from the tenant's execution of an "estoppel certificate."
