Stanley F. Wasowski has practiced law in Atlanta, Georgia since 1994. He practices general business counseling with particular interest in technology related matters.

At The Lang Legal Group, Mr. Wasowski counsels clients in areas of contract formation and negotiation, entity formation including choice of entity and corporate governance. His practice has included providing advice and counsel on matters including corporate structure and governance, contract negotiations and compliance with federal and state laws, intellectual property protection and licensing and financing, including the issuance of equity and debt instruments.

Mr. Wasowski has continued his corporate practice at The Lang Legal Group and has provided guidance to clients in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts from contracts for engagement of professional services to contracts for the sale of goods, including high-tech goods with associated intellectual property as well as leases for commercial property.

Educational

Mr. Wasowski graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. in 1989, magna cum laude. While there, he was on the staff of the international business law journal Law and Policy in International Business, and is a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and a Master of Science degree in Physical Oceanography from Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon.

Community

Mr. Wasowski has provided counsel to the Georgia Avenue Community Ministry, Inc. in a pro bono matter regarding intellectual property issues on certain publications describing the work of the ministry. He is an active member of All Saints Catholic Church in Dunwoody.
